  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • Water, as needed
  • Oil, for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, salt, and coriander leaves.
  2. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter with pouring consistency.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle and grease it with a little oil.
  4. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin pancake.
  5. Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes on medium heat until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
