Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, salt, and coriander leaves.
- Add water gradually to make a smooth batter with pouring consistency.
- Heat a non-stick pan or griddle and grease it with a little oil.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin pancake.
- Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes on medium heat until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- Serve the gram flour pancakes hot with chutney or yogurt.
