Ingredients
- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1 kg fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 bunch of green onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, green onions, feta cheese, dill, olive oil, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the phyllo dough sheets in a greased baking dish, brushing each sheet with olive oil.
- Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.
- Layer the remaining phyllo dough sheets on top, brushing each sheet with olive oil.
- Cut the pie into squares or triangles, then bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before serving.
