Greek Lemon Chicken Skewers With Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and zest, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
