Greek Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes, until they start to soften and release their juices.
- Stir in the Kalamata olives and cooked spaghetti. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the spaghetti among serving plates and top with crumbled feta cheese.
