Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess moisture
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the tzatziki sauce. In a separate bowl, combine the grated cucumber, sour cream, chopped dill, chopped mint, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and nicely charred.
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve the grilled chicken with a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce on top.
