Ingredients
- 1 cup whole green gram (moong dal)
- 1/2 cup semolina (rava)

Instructions
- Soak the green gram in water for 4-5 hours. Drain the water and grind it with green chilies, ginger, and coriander leaves to a smooth batter.
- Transfer the batter to a bowl and add semolina, chopped onion, and salt. Mix well to form a thick batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter. Spread it in a circular motion to make a dosa. Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden brown.
- Flip the dosa and cook the other side until crispy.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
