Ingredients

Instructions
- Soak the green gram and flattened rice separately for 4-6 hours.
- Grind the soaked green gram, flattened rice, green chilies, and ginger into a smooth batter.
- Add salt and finely chopped onion and coriander leaves to the batter. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter. Spread it into a thin pancake.
- Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
