Ingredients
- 1 cup whole green gram (moong dal)
- 1/2 cup semolina (sooji)
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Soak the green gram in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
- Drain the water and blend the green gram into a smooth batter.
- Add semolina, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, and salt to the batter. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter. Spread it into a round shape.
- Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until the pancake turns golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.
