Ingredients

  • 1 cup cilantro

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper, seeds removed
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1/4 cup thyme leaves
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Pulse until the mixture forms a smooth paste.
  3. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
