Ingredients
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper, seeds removed
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1/4 cup thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients.
- Pulse until the mixture forms a smooth paste.
- Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
