Green Tea Chicken Satay (Matcha Tori Satē)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
