Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons green tea leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the green tea leaves, garlic, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
