Green Tea-Infused Chicken (Gà nướng trà xanh)

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons green tea leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the green tea leaves, garlic, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
