Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup dark rum
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a 9x9 inch square baking pan, pour the melted butter and sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the bottom.
- Arrange the pineapple slices on top of the brown sugar and place a cherry in the center of each slice.
