Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, honey, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add the beef cubes and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
