Ingredients
- 4 beef steaks, about 1 inch thick
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, and red wine vinegar to make the marinade.
- Season the beef steaks with salt and pepper, then place them in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
