Ingredients

  • 4 beef steaks, about 1 inch thick
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, and red wine vinegar to make the marinade.
  2. Season the beef steaks with salt and pepper, then place them in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  4. Remove the steaks from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

  6. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
