Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, sumac, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, alternating with chunks of onion and bell pepper.
- Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
