Ingredients
- 400g cottage cheese (paneer), cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- Add the cottage cheese cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated cottage cheese, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.
- Place the skewers on the grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the cottage cheese is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
