Ingredients
- 500g cottage cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Add the cottage cheese cubes, onion, and bell pepper to the marinade. Mix well to coat everything evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated cottage cheese, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
- Brush the skewers with oil and place them on the grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the cottage cheese is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with mint chutney and naan.
