Ingredients
- 500g cottage cheese (paneer), cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the cottage cheese cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated cottage cheese, onion, bell pepper, and tomato onto skewers.
- Brush the skewers with oil and grill them over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the cottage cheese is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot with mint chutney.
