Ingredients
- 400g cottage cheese (paneer), cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 tomato, cut into chunks
- Salt to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- Add the cottage cheese cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated cottage cheese, onion, bell pepper, and tomato onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the cottage cheese and vegetables are lightly charred.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
