Ingredients
- 400g cottage cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 tomato, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- Add the cottage cheese cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated cottage cheese, onion, bell pepper, and tomato onto skewers.
- Brush the skewers with oil and grill them on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the cottage cheese is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
