Ingredients

  • 400g cottage cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 tomato, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Add the cottage cheese cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated cottage cheese, onion, bell pepper, and tomato onto skewers.
  4. Brush the skewers with oil and grill them on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the cottage cheese is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
