Ingredients
- 1 kg goat meat, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the goat meat, onion, garlic, ginger, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and vegetable oil. Mix well to coat the meat evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
