Ingredients
- 2 lbs goat meat, cut into pieces
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the goat meat with salt and pepper.
- Grill the goat meat for about 10-15 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
- In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cayenne pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the peanut butter and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Season the peanut sauce with salt to taste.
