Ingredients

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
