Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub the lamb chops with this mixture and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness.
