Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub the lamb chops with this mixture and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness.
- While the lamb chops are grilling, prepare the mint sauce by combining the chopped mint leaves, plain yogurt, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Once the lamb chops are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve the grilled lamb chops with the mint sauce on the side.
