Grilled Lamb Chops with Mint Yogurt Sauce (Laham Mishwy Bil Na'na)

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
