Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the pomegranate juice, honey, garlic, and cumin. Simmer over medium heat until the glaze thickens, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
