Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, combine the pomegranate juice, honey, garlic, and cumin. Simmer over medium heat until the glaze thickens, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
