Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (700g) lamb, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the lamb skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
