Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, black pepper, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and charred in spots.
