Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 3 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, black pepper, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and charred in spots.
