Grilled Mahi-mahi With Lime And Coconut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 mahi-mahi fillets
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 limes, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, lime juice and zest, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the mahi-mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Grill the mahi-mahi fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have grill marks.
  5. Remove the grilled mahi-mahi from the grill and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  6. Serve the grilled mahi-mahi with lime and coconut sauce immediately.
