Ingredients
- 4 mahi-mahi fillets
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 limes, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, lime juice and zest, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Place the mahi-mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
