Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the beef cubes with the chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers.
  4. Brush the skewers with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Grill the meat for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until it is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let the meat rest for a few minutes before serving.
