Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of beef or goat meat, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add the meat chunks to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. Thread the meat onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is charred and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
