Ingredients
- 2 lbs of beef or goat meat, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the meat chunks to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Thread the meat onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is charred and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let the meat rest for a few minutes before serving.
