Ingredients
- 1.5 lb (700g) boneless meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, cut into chunks
- 2 bell peppers, cut into squares
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Add the meat cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated meat, onions, and bell peppers onto the skewers.
