Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb (700g) boneless meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into squares
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the meat cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated meat, onions, and bell peppers onto the skewers.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
