Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs of beef or lamb, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the meat cubes to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers.
