Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a ball. Flatten slightly to form a patty shape.
