Ingredients
- 500g minced beef
- 500g minced pork
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup sparkling water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the minced beef, minced pork, garlic, black pepper, salt, paprika, thyme, oregano, cumin, and baking soda.
- Add the sparkling water to the meat mixture and knead it for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes sticky.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Divide the meat mixture into small portions and shape them into rolls or sausages.
- Grill the minced meat rolls for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice charred exterior.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
