Ingredients

  • 1 whole Pacú fish, cleaned and scaled
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Make diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff the fish with sliced tomatoes, onions, garlic, and bell pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the fish.
