Ingredients

  • 1 kg large prawns, deveined and cleaned
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons peri peri sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, peri peri sauce, olive oil, paprika, and salt.
  2. Add the prawns to the marinade and toss to coat them evenly. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the prawns onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque.
  5. Remove the prawns from the grill and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
