Grilled Peri Peri Prawns (Camarão Grelhado Peri Peri)

Ingredients
- 1 kg large prawns, deveined and cleaned
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons peri peri sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, peri peri sauce, olive oil, paprika, and salt.
- Add the prawns to the marinade and toss to coat them evenly. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the prawns onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque.
- Remove the prawns from the grill and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
