Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork belly
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- Place the pork belly in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the pork belly from the marinade and grill for about 15 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
