Grilled Prawns (Camarões Grelhados)

Ingredients

  • 12 large prawns, deveined and peeled
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Add the prawns to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place the prawns on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.
  5. Remove the prawns from the grill and serve with lemon wedges.
