Instructions

- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into thick discs.
- Wrap each disc in banana leaves and secure with twine.
- Preheat the grill and place the wrapped rice cakes on the grill. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the banana leaves are charred and the cakes are cooked through.
- Remove from the grill, unwrap the banana leaves, and serve the grilled rice cakes hot.
