Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a sausage shape, about 4 inches long and 1 inch in diameter.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill the sausages for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- Remove the sausages from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
