Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a sausage shape, about 4 inches long and 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Grill the sausages for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
  5. Remove the sausages from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
