Ingredients

  • 4 kebapche sausages
  • 4 large red bell peppers
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the kebapche sausages for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and nicely charred.
  3. While the sausages are grilling, place the red bell peppers directly on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, until the skin is charred and blistered, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Transfer the grilled peppers to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let them steam for 10 minutes. Then, peel off the charred skin, remove the seeds, and chop the peppers.
