Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sparkling water
- 1/4 cup club soda
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the sparkling water and club soda to the meat mixture and knead it for a few minutes until well combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into sausage-shaped rolls, about 4 inches long and 1 inch in diameter.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove the sausages from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
