Ingredients

  • 4 whole sea bream, gutted and scaled
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, dill, and olive oil to create the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Score the sea bream on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
