Ingredients
- 4 whole sea bream, gutted and scaled
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, dill, and olive oil to create the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Score the sea bream on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the sea bream for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
