Ingredients
- 1 whole stingray, cleaned and gutted
- 5 tablespoons sambal paste
- 2 tablespoons tamarind juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the sambal paste, tamarind juice, vegetable oil, sugar, and salt to make the marinade.
- Score the stingray on both sides and spread the marinade over the fish, making sure to coat it evenly.
