Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 3 limes, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lime zest, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil to make the marinade.
- Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in a shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the tilapia, making sure to coat each fillet evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
