Ingredients
- 4 whole trout, cleaned and gutted
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the inside and outside of the trout with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Place a couple of lemon slices inside each trout.
- Brush the outside of the trout with olive oil.
- Grill the trout for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.
- Serve hot with additional lemon slices and your favorite side dishes.
