Grilled Trout (păstrăv La Grătar)

Ingredients

  • 4 whole trout, cleaned and gutted
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the inside and outside of the trout with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Place a couple of lemon slices inside each trout.
  4. Brush the outside of the trout with olive oil.
  5. Grill the trout for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.
  6. Serve hot with additional lemon slices and your favorite side dishes.
