Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the yogurt sauce. Set aside.
- Brush the zucchini slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the zucchini slices for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until tender and grill marks appear.
- Remove the grilled zucchini from the heat and arrange on a serving platter.
