Grilled Zucchini with Yogurt Sauce (Kabak Kızartması)

Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the yogurt sauce. Set aside.
  3. Brush the zucchini slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the zucchini slices for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until tender and grill marks appear.
  5. Remove the grilled zucchini from the heat and arrange on a serving platter.
