Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the coconut milk, soy sauce, black pepper, paprika, curry powder, and water. Stir to combine.
- Simmer the curry for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
