Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the taco shells according to package directions.
