Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink; drain.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the taco shells according to package directions.
- Spoon beef mixture into taco shells. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
